Stella birthday card

I made this card tonight for one of my co-worker's who has a birthday coming up. I saw this Stella stamp (Leaning Tower of Stella) and just had to use it. Both this stamp and the happy birthday sentiment are from Stamping Bella. I inked them both with Memento Ink in Tuxedo black and embossed the Stella with clear embossing powder and the happy birthday with a shimmery embossing powder. I also used Liquid Applique on top of the cupcake. After colouring in the image with my Tombows, I went around the outside of them with a Gelly pen to add some sparkle. You can't really tell from the picture but I used pop dots to give the image some oomph. I think it turned out cute and I'm hoping my co-worker likes it.

Shower Card

Hey everyone...sorry that I haven't posted any new cards in a while. I made this card for my friend's baby shower (her theme is yellow and brown) but I am stuck on how to finish colouring in the skirt on the Bella...any suggestions anyone (just so you know, I chose to keep the skirt white)? I think this Expectafellabella stamp from Stamping Bella is really cute (it's the first stamp that I have that has a fella in it). I embossed the image after inking it with Memento Ink (I'm still loving this ink) and used my Tombows to colour it in. I also added some copper baubles that I purchased from Stamping Bella to add an extra touch to the card. Hope you are all having a great weekend and thanks for stopping by to check out the card.

Sisterhood of the Blogging Stampers group #23

Hi everyone!! I'm so excited to be in SBS group 23 and getting to know everyone. I've been stamping for 9 months now so I'm still learning about tricks and techniques. I'm 28 years old and am from a small town in Ontario (I live about an hour and a half from London, Ontario) with my boyfriend and all my animals. We've started renovating a house that was bought in March of this year, so hopefully we'll be living in it before Christmas (I can't wait as I will be getting a craft room!!).

I love stamping and a favourite stamping company of mine is probably Stamping Bella (I have tons of cute stamps from this company and am always looking to get more)!! I'm looking to branch out into scrapbooking as well (so if anyone has any pointers they want to pass along, I would greatly appreciate it).

Feeling a bit creative today...

Hey everyone!! I just bought this new Bella stamp yesterday and had to make a card with it (I fell in love with the Daisybella stamp when I first saw it). I used paper from Papertrey Ink and the ribbon is from Stamping Up. I used Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black and my Tombows to colour the image in. I also used some dots and a bauble from Stamping Bella to add some finishing touches to the card. I hope you all enjoy looking at the card!!
